Hey, love the review. I've been a huge fan of Armin Hirmer, and its nice to see more of these Asiatic bow reviews. I like how you make the negatives clear, sometimes its hard to judge from Armin's reviews which bows he likes/really likes/loves. looking forward to seeing more from the channel.

I was browsing the Daylite Korean bows on Amazon when I saw the AF Tatar with a huge discount plus Prime shipping. I snagged the 50# variant and gave it a custom grip early 3000 arrows loosed and it's still a masterful piece of woodworking weaponry. I highly recommend it.

A nice review. I can't tell from the video where your nocking point is, but for fast shooting and slavic release place your arrow above, instead of bellow it. This is how Kozmei does it. It's simpler to nock that way when you are pulling arrows from your hand. As you are just continuing the motion, instead of going up, down, then up again.

How does this shoot compared to the horse bow from Ivan Szimeiszter? Also don’t get the Jannissary you can’t shoot your style with that either because the rounded handle will make holding the arrows the way you so not feel great.

Very different bows - this and Szimeister's. This is a little smoother and little less dynamic. I had Janissary and liked it, just had a too low poundage for me.
