Hey Hemant, there are a few similarities in both these projects. Their construction quality is around the same lines. We can’t really choose one in one comment. A few things can be categorized as a merit for somebody and some other can be a demerit for someone else. Hi Amit, there are 2 important things to note in terms of construction quality for these projects : 1.) Both of them have the same contractor. 2.) Both are being built on ash blocks.

Hi Sanjeev, Sample flats are prepared by builders. They can choose to make one of any size they prefer most prominent for their project. Samples you see here are the only ones available for public display. There are no more :)
