    I will always prefer low rise as to get rid of lift waiting time.Moreover if earthquake hits my land will be divided into 3 parties only as compared to 30 or 40 in high rise😀

    Waiting time, if you mean you can walk the stairs up to the 1st floor easily then why are you even paying for lift, if you are considering all floors then having one lift for 4 flats per floor will only increase anxiety.

    I am surprised they are not sold out yet, not sure why ppl are not buying, they chased me like hell to buy, gave numerous offers as well

    Hey Lakshay, they had 316 units in Phase 4 (6 acres), out of which hardly 24 are left as of now. So, they are pretty much sold out. They did have Navratra Special offers which are no longer available.

    Been there in Last June, was told it will be Delieverd max Mar24 and now it's Diwali 24, who wants to bet it will not deliver by 01st Jan 25 even ? 😂

    Hey Vishal, we’ve only covered Ph 4 which has the above mentioned specifications. Their construction status in on schedule, we’re sure you’re talking about other phases in the project managed by different stakeholders. We didn’t cover the whole project of 20 acres, only covered 6 acres with reliable stakeholders in the same :)

    The main issue is the units are very very close to each other, no privacy at all even from the other house balcony complete bedroom of the opposite flat visible.

    Hello Mahesh, Current rates are at Rs. 1.47 CR. It’s located at Sec 16, Noida Extension. 3 BHK sizes of 1579 and 1596 SF are available.

    Hello, when we shot for the video then there were chances of an updated price list coming into effect almost the same week. So we made sure to say the same price in the video which was Rs 1.47 CR. But the updated pricing hasn’t come into effect YET, so you can be rest assured that it is still at Rs. 1.39 CR.

    Hello Naresh, there was an updated price of Rs 1.47 CR, but it hasn’t been implemented yet. So pricing right now would be approx. Rs 1.39 CR.
