Isnt Reliance an NBFC by acquiring Paytm handle and assets? Maybe it is a Bank without the license ? They have their own wallet JIO Wallet, they are doing Banking operation all without a license? Especially Industrial houses cannot be in Banking business thats the law. can you explain?

Tata Sons was a public limited company To punish Chairman Cyrus Mistry (who was having 18% share) overnight TS was converted to a private company So whose benefit was looked into ? Now if RBI or SEBI says come to an IPO why Tata sons plays different tunes? This is one side story !

A SIMPLE SOLUTION - Create a subsidiary company under Tata Son's and transfer all other subsidiary of Tata Sons to the new subsidiary company.
