I would try it without the worchestershire sauce as it contains seafood(Anchovy) . But it looks great.
So simple and clear instructions, makes it easy to follow. Hi Erica, my daughter doesn't like cornmeal, is there anything else that I can use to create pastelles for her to try? I was thinking puff pastry and baking in the oven...what do you think?

Hi, great question! You can use also corn flour, but if she doesn't like the corn, it's ok. You can use the same filling as the pastelles to make pies with puff pastry, or even to make a shepherd's pie. Hope this helps 😊
