First, best of luck to all three women. I am stoked to see what happens. Second, I love what they said about running, the sport, the community and the benefits and wanting to run for the shear pleasure, as well as the competition. I have been running for 45 years and am almost 70 and I own so much to running. My health, physical and mental, and my friends. I can't imagine not running anymore. That will be a sad day for me. Run on ladies and carpe diem!

I’m with Erika … Watching Des win Boston was so inspiring. Changed my mind about ever running a marathon.
