Hey Mr. Red, I know boudreaux sounds like a cajun name but those are those chinese crawfish. there's no comparison to Louisiana crawfish sir. They will make your dishes taste 100 x better. they don't cost that much more and will level up your dish. totally worth it. I love watching your videos. thank you.

I had to laugh when he said the "good quality" canned soup. Too funny. I love to watch you guys and the great Steve Hall, but your recipes include way too many convenience foods for me.
I do love crawfish but I can't buy the frozen crawfish tails at Kroger. The country of origin is China.😂 A lot of their frozen fish and seafood is sourced from China. Go figure. The only American thing Kroger cares about is $$$.😢

Louisiana crawfish tails cost about twice as much as those Chinese ones. But they are worth it. I think I have found the LA ones at Walmart.
