So you noticed Mel saving the wax seal for latter. Apparently she has a friend who’s son is a big fan of Taskmaster. She saved all the wax seals and made him a candle from it.

"All the information is on the task" Contestants can do literally anything they want, unless specified otherwise on the task (the letter they read out loud at the start of the task). An unwritten(?) rule is that whatever you do, it has to be "in the spirit of the task".

They get a gold spray painted statue of Greg's head.

They start the episode with a prize task buy each bringing in an item fitting a weired discription like best signiture on a vegetble, or heveyest thing that fits in a shoe box. The winner of the episode "wins" the 5 prizes. The over all winner of the series wins a "golden" statue of Taskmasters (Greg Davis) head.

Each show is about an hour long, but there are ad breaks. The same 5 contestants, comedians/ celebrities, return for each show in the series of six shows. Their points add up, and they get a life size model of Greg's head if they're top scorer. Obviously 4 or 5 tasks per show through the series, there is quite a variety of tasks, so everyone should have a chance to shine at something.

Glad you tried another Taskmaster round - it's a great show . In individual shows the contestants bring in personal items to a category designated by Alex and the first points are awarded as Greg judges them and those items become the weekly prizes . The overall champion wins a gold bust of the Taskmaster . Al was in an earlier series as was Bob Mortimer and others you would know from WILTY and other shows you have reacted to .

At the beginning of the show the task master gives them all one subject and they all have to bring something in connected to that subject and the winner of that show gets to take home everything thing that has been brought in. then, at the end of the series, all the winners have to do it all again, but this time, the winner wins a mannequin head shaped as the task master's head weird. I know 👍

You should look at a compilation of taskmaster prize tasks. The first task of each episode determines the prizes of that episode and the overall winner of the season gets a gold painted statue of the taskmaster's head

Anything is allowed unless the task specifically forbids it.

Each series has the same five people the whole time. After a couple seasons of fewer episodes while they figured out if the show had legs, a series has been 10 episodes long.

Mel's exotic sandwich is quite funny 😉

The winner gets a trophy in the shape of Greg's head, and they get to come back for the Champion of Champions which happens every 5 series.

Make an exotic sandwich from the same season of Taskmaster is a classic.

They get 10 mins to plan (on this task), then there is a break in filming while the crew go and buy the props they need. They then resume filming for the second 10 minutes to get setup for the photo.

This show is more enjoyable when watched as full episodes, this way you'll miss a lot of context

Each series has a new set of 5 contestants and usually runs 8 to 10 weeks. Each episode is an hour long (that’s including ad breaks) start of each show they’re asked to bring in a certain item and explain why (9/10 you’ll ask … “why”🤣) then 4 tasks each episode and each task Greg gives points 1-5, episode winner gets to take home the 5 items from the start of the show, then all points are tallied up at the end off the series, most points gets a gold sprayed replica head bust off Greg 🤣 Series 5 has your favourite Bob Mortimer … if you can find Taskmaster streaming anywhere, I’d advise investing in it as it’s pure comedy gold … “your welcome” 😂

At the start of each season they bring on a different group of comedians, those comedians have to get as many points as they can through the tasks on each episode, the points will amass up to the final episode where the person with the most points will receive a golden statue of Greg Davies head. You may want to get into this show, you'll no doubt come across comedians you both love, there are many comedians that come onto this show.

The 1st task on each episode is where the contestants are asked to bring in a thematic object (theme changes each week). The winner of the show gets to keep the 5 objects...

I will once again recommend you do whole episodes starting from the beginning as I feel it’s much better to get whole contexts of episodes and series, breaking them up in parts would be the best way to avoid copyright

Al Murray was very funnywhen he appeared in an earlier series

Noel Fielding was one of the originators of “The Mighty Boosh”. A truly hilarious comedy show. Most people don’t get it on first watch. But after a couple of watches the series are unmissable. The humour, like a lot of British humour, is based in surrealism. Once you understand it you want to rewatch the first episodes again so you don’t miss the jokes.

The first task is about everyone bringing something in e.g most ugly thing. The winner gets all the items.

If possible I would recommend doing full episodes, clips are fine but you get more of a sense of the show and there's often callback or in jokes in the tasks that refer to earlier in the episode.

You would understand more if you watched whole episodes. We would watch whole seasons - it's a hysterical show. Winner gets a bronze/gold statue of Greg's Head.
