As an avid SSX 3 player, this run is the most impressive display of skill I've seen in this game. Nearly all possible shortcuts/fastest routes taken, tricks done at every opportunity and landed them often milliseconds away from bailing. Fun to watch!

@makingcables 898ppp / daggyboi is doing it faster in live runs these days. EDIT: No he is not. This is a TAS Clean run. There is one (two if rithek also does it) players who can do this faster live, but that is NMG. Where they use the select warp for shortcuts.
@Daggy898
7 жыл бұрын
Yup! This right here is a clean TAS run, while the best human All Peak Race runs are done with the NMG ruleset, meaning select warps are allowed. The best NMG run ever done yet of 16:58 would be something like 17:20-17:25 if you removed all the select warps. :) For NMG, there are three people in the world who have a faster time than this. Otakung8 at 17:07 (which would be about 17:30-17:35 without select warps) and 17:15 by Rithek (which would be about 17:38-17:43).

That said, if this run used select warps AND learned all the new strategies and tricks, it could easily be 16:20, possibly down to 16:14. :)
