Why I love Kenji in this game... he can do a Tatsumaki.

Sucks when you level up and don't know what the benefit is. Kenji is one of the few characters that's real good at landing dizzy animations. They're worth seeing for sure.

This game looks really good for a game made in 96. Many good games made around that time, actually.

MAME, and Final Burn Alpha. Also there is a CPS3 emulator called Nebula that will run it.

Why did they change his name over seas? did Kenji just sound cooler to a western audience?
