[TAS] Back to precision 11.40 Attempt (fail)

So recently SaiMoen released a slightly altered version of the wallhugging script for TMInterface, but there's only one issue, the start of the wallhug can often times be a little flimsy and needs some time to become still. So I came up with an interesting idea that could make all wallhugs perfect from start to finish. Here's the idea I gave to him:
First full-steer at the starting frame of the wall hug, keep greatly decreasing the value until it doesn't "collide" with the wall of course, then add another steer command, however with the next steer command, add 1 tick to the input timing with the same steer value as the previous tick but increased by 1, keep adding 1 tick to the input timing once it gets to the point where it doesn't collide, then raise the steer value by 1, if the car collides, revert to the previous steer value.
As shown in the video, the wallhug stays stable from start to finish.
Also apparently an 11.40 is not possible even with the best start possible and the perfect wallhug, you'll only be able to shave off a few thousandths.

FYI: Every single steer command for the wallhug was written manually and is optimized down to the hundredth and tightest steer value
