Suggestion: when you guys use a voice recorder that records in stereo, a lot of times the interviews sound echo-y because of their stereo recording(sounds fine on headphones, but on laptop/mobile/mono speakers, there's lots of destructive interference). Turn it to mono in post (cancel the left channel and replicate the right on left as well - easy fix in any editing software) Works like a charm and sounds great!

Haven't watched such an intelligent yet fun interview for the longest of times. Usually the 1.25x-1.5x watcher, this time the thought didn't even crossed my mind. Brilliant !

That point about being an entrepreneur and working with everyone in a team says a lot about the man's character...loved this

He handled the IIT-roasting so well.

Good to see India having new companies with their own IP and not just rebranding.

It was great overall but I felt that sound quality was not upto the mark.

Great interview, but I was expecting some questions around competition with OLA Electric.

I want more such conversations from PD! Thoughtful & Provoking. Loved it! Youth needs such doses more often.

I really appreciate the content you are covering with leaders. But the sound filters during conversations aren't that compelling. There are echoes. Just a suggestion that I guess make this series a better version of it.

Good video loved it. Voice could have been better.

I think shifting from li-ion batteries to maybe FCEV like hydrogen could probably be the breakthrough. But its a long game, but long game works. Atleast the founder should be open minded on these things.

This was one of the best meet the leaders episode 😊😊 I guess you should include Shumi for all the future ones 😬

i have seen this company grow. They had a open office in Bangalore . everyday coming back from work in my vespa, i used to see a scooter on display in their office. i knew they would be big. Even applied for internship there back then. sadly no revert ☹️

Dear, PD team, In the next meet, Ask them to make E bike with gears Definitely they will rule this ev bike world of India. Don't forget to mention the "GEARS" ⚙️

Ather may not be playing key role in ev as it's not product that reaches middle class 2lakh after all subsidy ,it costs 1.4 with only 80-90km range. They shd design few basic models that shd reach common man with latest technology ,than instrumentation. Has many companies are coming up with different concept with affordable price with more benefits.

Activa is not for 75000 anymore. Activa 6G Deluxe is around 88000 in Mumbai. In fact none of the motorcycles are cheap now. Even the Unicorn costs around 1.25 lakhs which is a lot of money for a 160CC motorcycle. You can actually buy a Decent used hatchback in the same amount of money. Let the Scrappage Policy come into come into execution mode and old cars will become even more cheaper!!!

14:38 Wrong. A breakthrough in battery technology can make EVs more mainstream than ever. The current lithium ion battery tech is several decades old with lots of limitations. Solid-state batteries aim to solve these problems.

I don’t think he meant that breakthroughs won’t help. He meant that what we have is enough to develop further into working, effective solutions at competitive pricing
