After Floorgasm now you have Tarjgasm. .. And Marco keeping up with his ungodly high vocals. .. simply out of this world. Floor.. love you... and Tarja (it's pronounced TARYA) ... you blew us away with your crescendo. What a band. Incomparable

Fun fact: She was sick and didnt speak at all for 2 days before this concert so she would be able to perform and deliver songs to the best of her abilities. If you decide to watch a couple of other songs from An End Of an Era, notice the orcestrations and choir are more noticable here while for Wacken "old" songs had them presend but more "in the back"...

I didn't know the sleeping thing, did you read it smewhere? I only listened Tarja's interview where she said she was ill in the morning rehersal and couldn't sing, was worried about the evening. Flu I think she had.

Heard it many times already, everyone does it. From Wishes to Eternity was the other live DVD of Tarja's era, performed 2000 in Tampere Pakkahuone. Almost as good quality videos now in KZread.

Hey, man! You should check out Tarja's skills nowadays.Muse cover by Tarja - Supremacy (live bloodstock 2016). Low chest voice and really high notes

Both of them are great in their own styles.. No need to choose Floor/Tarja, enjoy them both! BUT It's Marco's turn! "While Your Lips are Still Red" or "The Islander" Both are hauntingly beautiful. And yes, to the Marco fans, i know he's got a ton of other great songs!

Very good pronunciation of Tarja! I'm glad you like her singing aswell, she went on solo and delivered some very good albums. She's the reason I feel in live with Nightwish in the early days. Man I feel ancient right now. This was in 2005 so almost 15 years ago...

I love both Iron Maiden and Nightwish and both songs are 10 out of 10 but this one edges it out for me due to the duet.

NIGHTWISH!!!!!!!!!!! Iron Maiden is also a fave, but NIGHTWISH knocks it outta the park on this one!!! Tarja's operatic pipes win hands down! Much luv to Iron Maiden for their excellent rendition too! Phantom is a very difficult song to sing. Props to both for doing such an excellent job!!!!!!!

You know Tarja and Floor do a duet of Over the Hills, right? Also, Iron Maiden's song is not the same.

agree 100%. I was so harassed on YT just because i said that i also like Tarja as much as i like Floor... i just don't understand how someone claims that he's Nightwish fan saying at the same time that he doesn't like Tarja. It's better then to say that he's just Floor's fan. Tuomas was the one who formed Nightwish around Tarja's voice. Many forget that.... Now Tarja is singing from pop to aetherial and operatic.

Slaying the Dreamer? IMHO it's among the worst songs for Tarja. If you want it for the instruments or Marco okay... but for Tarja, I can't get it.

cant compare maiden to nightwish, not unless marco did it alone. must admit i fell in love with nightwish (like so many others) with tarja and for me in particular this show (ironic it was tarja's last). High Hopes (another cover) from this show is a marco pure song which should catch your interest, tarja wise, this entire set, tarja with within temptation - paradise is an awesome song or one of my all time favourites is a song she did with the scorpions called 'the good die young', hard to not get a lump in your throat that song!

Its two different songs with the same name. Phantom of the opera (Nightwish)is from the musical with the same name. Nobody’s perfect bro🤪😂👍 You made my evening,you made me laugh again.😂 This one it was almost like an sports commentator ,combined with a lot of “aahhhhh!!! aaahhhhhh!!!!”

That's a good one because 1st time Tarja and Marko perform together since Nightwish.. the ending warms the heart. For Tarja's Ave maria there's much better ones.

All three ladies ❤ have maid Nightwish, what it is today. We all have to remember, where the magic happends, Tuomas Holopainen: You are one of the best composers of all times! Genius!

@@8LyJu8 yeah idk man it was a awful situation either way, there's no feasible way to know what really happened. the true explanation is often the most simple, I do believe what they said in the open letter as I see no other reason why they would kick her from the band for. obviously she was loved by their fans and for good reason, she was and still is of course a beautiful singer. if you haven't already I suggest watching the documentary called "please learn the entire setlist in 48 hours" it's quite insightful. it's also free on KZread.

Check out Tarja's new music. While Tarja's separation from the band was a very bad time for many, both Nightwish and Tarja have improved a lot since the separation. Her songs with her own band is so good.

Nightwish and Dream Theater are the best things (with my 2 childrens) that happened in my life !!! Nice done again !!!! And i prefer BOTH singers! Both are awesome. Just a different style. BTW the songs are not the same

Worth noting: This is a cover (i think it's the best rendition) of the musical from Andrew Lloyd Webber. you should also check tarja's "Sleeping sun" and "Swanheart", she is one hell of a singer, though mostly operatic, you won't see her deviating from that, but what she did, she did exceedingly good. and, as a counterpoint, you should check annette also, to see why so many fans were disappointed (although she does a decent "Amaranth" and "slow, love, slow")

Sorry - not the same song!! This an adapted version of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s musical Score while Iron Maiden’s Steve Harris wrote their own song based on the story by Gaston Leroux written in 1909- is 7 minutes of pure Maiden.and recorded on 1980 - Webber produced Phantom in 86. This Nightwish version is impressive - I love both bands and both songs.

Good songs with Tarja: Ever dream, Sleeping sun, End of all hope, Wishmaster, Over the hills (first hit, Gary Moore cover, also version Rarja and Floor, Nemo (their commercially most successful song).

The all End of An Era concert is a blast but you should try "Wish I Had an Angel", one of my favorite! With Tarja, From Wishes to Eternity is also an excellent concert (try Walking in the air, Wishmaster)^^

Tarja probably has best voice on earth. Would have to see in person to confirm. Have always said amy lee after seeing live. The sets she does just her playing piano & singing are best.
