If HIPAA protocols and regulations are in question, why would HHS not be investigating and bringing charges? The DOJ might even be violating the whistleblower protections in HIPAA itself.

The doctor intentionally breached HIPAA when he forwarded protected health information to a journalist, ie, non-medical personnel uninvolved in the care of pediatric patients. (He did not disclose any alleged misconduct to the federal government; he’s a whistleblower only to the press.)

The DOJ is the devil's advocate. Children are victims and no one loves them more than their parents. Strangers have no right over anyone's children. Period. Thank God for this brave doctor. We must pray for him and all of the brave people who are taking a stand.

Who in their right minds would mutilate young children. Whatever about the adults who want that done . They really need proper help a doctor not a butcher.

Most of the kids don’t need a medical doctor. Most need a good pastor, youth leader, 99% less time in front of any screen, and parents who aren’t self-centered to the extent they are providing strong moral values in a stable, loving household.

@@s.d.melcher Yes I agree . Thats why I dont go to doctors and if my children get sick. Plenty of Organic fruit and clean none tap water and rest. Big pharma want all children on their drugs oops I mean Meds.

I'm no lawyer but it seems to me that Dr. Haim's defense should center around delaying his case until January when, as I understand, the prosecutors in this case will be unemployed.

@ThomasArcher, that’s a great idea to delay until Biden and his entourage are ousted, BUT with billionaires owning the programmable voting equipment, the corporate media, and the judiciary, the whole quagmire we are enmeshed in is of their choosing. They own the hospitals, and the war apparatus, too. There’d have been no transgender idiocy except it was at their bidding, and it’s an element of class warfare they’ve been waging continually against those that work for a living. Destroying the fertility of their children and converting them into lifelong cash cow patients while generating greater division in the society is their aim, as it was with the covid injections and mask requirements- all scams they imposed, along with unaffordable housing and an adulterated food supply.

hello. can somebody please explain what is that 'hormone therapy for gender dysphoria' thing supposed to do- how exactly is it suppose to 'help' a child? also, how does a child even know about 'gender dysphoria' and what 'symptoms' are these children having to warrant such a diagnosis? thank you.
