Great to see another legend getting into the sport again, always been a fan of Ivakin... His first comeback in 2013 didn't go well, it's maybe too late, but if he believes he can do it let's see it...

Tim Bresnan is way older than taras and he is still one of the best armwrestlers

Bresnan never stopped armwrestling like Taras, he kept himself in shape and at the highest level all these years... Ivakin disappeared for years, had a brief comeback in 2013 and lost, then disappeared again until now, and in both cases he wasn't/isn't as big and muscular as he was in his prime years in the early to mid 2000s...

Sadly no, outside of all the massive injuries he sustained (he's currently re-learning how to use his left arm/hand for everyday's needs, let alone armwrestling), psychologically this unfortunate accident was a huge hit for him, losing his father who pushed him to succeed in armwrestling, and his great friend Pushkar... It's sad to say but i don't see how he can come back to the sport like he was, but maybe he will surprise us, going to take years and years though...

I like that he shows respect to Larratt...seems like some of the younger russians made a bit too much fun of Larratt after his loss to Denis. Probably forgot what Devon was like 2008-2011

He's 42, not sure if this comback is a good idea but we will see. Glad to see the top roll master back in 2019.

First saw Taras in Pulling John when i was 16 watching Netflix. Taras at one time was a beast and a explosive top roller. At one time the dude was one of the best pullers in the world.

This is it! one and a half year , He should be ready now! Taras the beast!

Awesome! The body achieves what the mind believes. He looks pretty damn young for 42. He has the will and can 100% come back at high level too 💪

He looks thin and skinny compare to himself in the past. He used to has one of the most muscular arms back then (in ratio to body). His arms were musculous.

Ivakin's physique was ridiculous back then, he had some of the most impressive arms not only in armwrestling, but in general too... The guy has obviously great genetic for muscularity and great response to PEDs, he blows up...
