A full house for Tapas No. 5 at KOMO Monaco with Chilli No.5 and none other than the ALMIGHTY Leo Besnard, awarded Michelin star at the age of 26, & BACK with my compadre Matthew Paccalin and DJ NIKO SAINT Tropez from my incredible days on Pampelonne at Tiki Beach. Amazing to work with Laurent Kostenbaum & Laurent Barbié and Spyros and the chefs from KOMO - THE Place 2BE in MC, as well as the one and only Andrea Pepe who has been cooking up and representing our wonderfully delicious and fresh Chilli No. 5 🌶 for over a year now. Respect to Emilia Romagnoli who helped organize and all our Chilli No. 5 faithful who have really backed this incredible adventure from the back of a kitchen of a lock-down apartment with Colin Ross and Rumble and is now blossoming into a successful brand and just keeps getting more fun 🤩
