I like how everyone is a specialist the bread guy the tea guy the ice cream guy the salad guy .

To all the people who think that this meal wouldn't fill you up, If you opt for the tasting menu, you're going to be served at least 14 -22 courses. That's more than enough and often people struggle to even finish that.

funny thing is that the only people commenting about the portion sizes being too small etc are the ones who have never been to an actual restaurant like this

My favorite experience in life

We took a Mediterranean cruise in1999 for our 25th anniversary & had dinner there. What a dining experience! Some things they didn't show was a small stool for my wife's purse. Once seated they rolled a champagne cart over with about 6 champagnes by the glass. When she got up to go to the restroom a white gloved hand appeared out of nowhere to replace her napkin. Yes the food was FAB both to look at & taste but the experience was something I may never have again.

The tea trolley was awesome I like that concept
