thank you for today's message. I want to share with you my take on social media. I believe social media is another tool that gives us options and allows us to make our own choices . social media has made it possible for us to learn and find information that otherwise would be hidden. we can shape social media to be whatever we want it to be. your channel is proof of what social media is, a tool to share information, and those interested in the message would watch your videos. I'm thinking like going to a restaurant and reading the menu and ordering only desserts. we are given options and we are free to choose what we want. I am very grateful to you and I am glad I made the choice to listen and watch your videos. sending love, peace and health

I believe we Live in Narcissistic societies around the world Who like a dictator's psychology become more and more afraid of the truth believing we can run away from self The subconscious mind knows you are wrong so we run from the truth to money power and the delusion of life we are taught We divide people becoming indifferent to life itself as if it all doesn't matter However if people did look at this they are saying the their lives do not matter To live in a divided way is truly this blind I believe Thank you for talking about this !

13:40 this is an amazing contribution. We in the Western world are addicted to logic and reasoning, and we dismiss whatever seems illogic or paradoxical as nonsense or unimportant. This conversation reminds me of the association made by Robert Hollings between brain hemispheres and the hemispheres of the planet. The right hemisphere of the world gives more space to intuitive and illogical understanding, just as the right brain does. Also, many languages are tonal rather than phonetic only, so you need to feel the tune to fully comprehend them. Yet the left brain is analytical, dualistic, exclusive, and it likes to dissect and split everything into smaller pieces. The right brain, on the other hand, is nondual, integrative and inclusive. It’s able to include and integrate even the characteristics of the left brain. All these traits of each hemisphere seem to be mirrored by the planetary hemispheres. So in a sense, the Tao invites us to access, activate and give space to the right brain, so we can live in the flow, NowHere, and allow the left brain to do its work without effort. The right brain is where paradoxes are reconciled, where logic is not important, and higher and surreal types of logic and reasoning can be accessed. Insights and expansion happen. The collective right brain of humankind has been saying the same thing all throughout the ages. It can be read in the scriptures of all traditions. All say the same but using different words. It’s as though the knowledge and wisdom that come through this hemisphere have always been accessible and it’s unchanging. Yet the left hemisphere seems to be ever-evolving and there seems to be no end to its processes. There’s always something more. Each new discovery leads to an infinite number of new questions and even new problems. The left brain is the root of the ten thousand things, whereas the right brain is where the Tao abides in the human body.

Thank you for sharing this wisdom. In trying to properly understand and integrate this, what would be the ideal view of keeping your mouth shut in a whistleblower type situation? Where someone in say a work situation was not upholding the code of conduct of the company and this was impacting others? I feel that in this case it would certainly be the right thing to convey this ( show courage ) and in a sense interfere based upon the opinion you have formed of the situation. As with anything there are always degrees of interpretation. I am very interested in understanding people’s views in relation to this? Thanks! Please note this is a very genuine question…

What if I feel compelled and obliged to be an activist? I have tried removing myself from political spheres and staying in my own bubble, it feels pointless. To be indifferent in times of injustice is to be the oppressor, is it not? I’m just one person, my needs are simple. It doesn’t take much to go to a study group, volunteer w mutual aid, to protest publicly and have the discussions that matter and have a rippling effect. That just seems like a more fulfilling and beneficial life path potential than denying, dismissing, and disowning the suffering around me when it’s clearly so victimizing to act like I don’t have individual power.

You can be an activist "without doing", i.e. without attachment to the actions or outcomes. The translation of "not doing" from Chinese is actually "without accomplishment". After enlightenment, one still chop wood and carry water. One can chop wood without feeling proud or accomplished or hating the wood. Same with being an activist or going to battle like Arjuna in Bagavad Gita. One can also carry water for a neighbor "without doing", not unlike the Native Americans leaving food for the pilgrims, not that they like their neighbors or expect any praise or return, but rather that water and food come from the Mother/Great Spirit and sharing is the most natural thing to do. Sounds like you have a karma (momentum) to be an activist. Suppressing that would be similar to suppressing other urges, which won't work. Rather than suppressing, be present and watch where the urges and momentum come from. If they are not in accordance with the Tao, such as alcohol and drug abuse, those urges will gradually fade under the scrutiny of your inner light. On the other hand, if the actions are good, i.e. in accordance with the Tao, the actions remain, although the "doer" is gone. You are no longer a chooser in the dualistic game. You shed the karma. The activism will simply naturally flow like a river.

@@jupitersspell Note that practicing "not doing" like I mentioned in my other comment is not indifferent or without emotions (although one is free from the trap of emotions). In fact being in touch with the Mother/Tao is the most blissful! The happiest person on earth according to neurologist is a French Tibetan Buddhist Monk Matthieu Ricard, who credits his happiness to compassion and meditation.

The one that feels obliged is the ego. I thought that would be pretty self-explanatory. Your conditioning is telling you to react. But remember their is someone on the other side of the coin who thinks they are right too. You need to decide whether the spiritual path is for you or do you want to continue to pander to your ego.

That which is, that is nothing in particular (actual), is by definition everything in general (potential). It is the nature of Life (the All in One in All) to function/serve as a diversified unity of infinite potential, eternally actualizing as a unified diversity or Uni-verse. Therefore, we are all It, to an unknowable/inexhaustible extent, as the facets of a Diamond are 'both' distinct from each other 'and' the Diamond itself. Love is the recognition of our shared Being. Life eternally actualizes infinite potential, because only Eternity can fully embrace Infinity. Empty of ego (separateness) = Full of Life. The Rhythm of Life is a movement and a rest. The optimum (Heaven) is always found somewhere between the extremes of too much and too little (hell). Pleasantness is the Rose found at the Heart of the Optimum. Just so. Narrow is the Way and straight the path, and few there are that find it. Go to sleep with a compelling question, wake up with a compelling answer. To actualize potential: dream it, feel it, do it. The abstract (Heaven) called Love (Firmament) can be expressed concretely (Earth) as a smile, hug, etc, thereby uniting Heaven and Earth.
