"The Fundamental Flaw of Neo-Advaita | The Bastardization of Eastern Spirituality." Of which YT and its entire 'Philosophical' content is for a great deal to blame for. Flaws or strenghts are products of a restless mind. Opposites, remember? Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing, There is a field. I'll meet you there. When the soul lies down in that grass, The world is too full to talk about. Ideas, language, even the phrase each other Doesn't make any sense. _Rumi_

The title spiritual heart belongs to Atman, the true Self of each individual, one with the Divine, Brahman, the Absolute. A mountain is just that, a mountain, a product of the mind, it comes and goes.

I am continually amazed by the extent of your reading. I hope you get something back from Amazon (you've caused me to buy a book or two.) I loved what you said about humility - that certainly is the dead giveaway. How about simply saying, "What you think of as 'you' is really undifferentiated consciousness." I remember, as a kid, thinking, "How come when I see things, I'm not in the way?" I have no idea what that meant, but it sounds a lot like a form of non-duality.

Hi Jason, thanks for all that you do, much appreciated 🙏 I've been listening J Krishnamurti for a number of years and he states vehemently to find out for oneself, "how do we know there's a god/ atman/higher self etc, if we didn't have these great texts to tell us, where would we start?"

You will find out that guilt and regret are so much more powerful then you even considered. This power will dictate your destination in death. No matter what you chose to believe in life. Guilt and regret are no illusion.

During that time I, "LIFE The Real Self", ( NOT The Human entity ) entered "The LIGHT", and have remained in "The LIGHT" to this day...*

Thomas Aquinas said something similar on this knowing vs non-knowing state of being. It is often misquoted but the general statement is: "For those who understand no explanation is necessary. For those who do not understand no explanation is possible."

Most Westerners (Like myself.) need to take Eastern Spirituality twice. Once to learn the content, and then again to understand the concept. The mind shift. Being humble is a learned behavior. Humility, is only understood in the experience. When I came to the understanding that I did not know anything. The ones that guided me to this experience are the ones that command my humility. I will always be a student. Kindness and compassion to others is a natural expression of focus and intention to an authentic path. Thank You for expanding my existence, Jason. Namaste 🕉️💜🙂

Remember, We do not even own Humility ... If one identifies humility as 'My Humility', humility goes out ... What drives Us to nurture 'ownership attachments' is the belief that we are just the contingent body given by nature ... we get attached to it because the Brahman's awareness radiation had not been recognized by the jiva ... then, the mind take control and try to own the embodiment as its unique locus of control ... with that attachment comes a river of attachments where the mind try to take ownership over whatever brings out the fear of its impermanence ... fear to lost the given body as its main reservoir of control and everything that the mind conjures to belong to its attachment to the given embodiment ... Of Course, when/where a Brahman's being merges in the worlds where self-identification with the embodiments, nature, and its attachments to the objects of desire ... The reaction from the attached to nature and contingency tends to destroy the detached one because that Being becomes the embodiment of what they fear at most ... Losing all that they believe and want to believe that they are at what they think is the core of their beingness ... The Detached one in God's Hand becomes the enemy to beat for those who don't want to absolutely surrender to God ... The great paradox is that by absolutely surrendering to God ... Brahman is revealed and nothing is lost ... instead, the embodiment becomes an unconditional server of everything as it is settled by Brahman ... That's the stick for measuring 'spiritual prowess and progress' ... where/when there is/are not unconditional servers to everything in oneself, there is not Brahman's awareness... Just Brahman unconditionally serving selves that are blind and unaware of its unconditional service ... In places where the majority of beings are spontaneous and unconditional Brahman's servers, Everyone becomes the subject to unconditionally serve ... and You become the subject to be served by everyone ... but at the end of the day, One doesn't desire to be served by everybody, One just want to intimately serve Brahman and its servers when/where those require one's services ... We enter into another Divine paradox, Brahman doesn't require to be served ... so the desire to unconditionally serve Brahman changes to unconditionally serve those who don't want to serve Brahman and those who want to serve Brahman but don't know that Brahman doesn't require to be unconditionally served ... ... Peace ...

Yes. True. Humility is a must. When one thinks “I” am Brahman, then that one thinks that “I” and the Brahman are different. That is where the difficulty lies - to think, to speak, is NOT “To Be”. The Rishi existed in the “Being”.

Yeah, ever so many are running around today thinking that they are gods. The realization of being unified with that Oneness is when one realizes that they are nothing (other than that), which is humbling (to say the least). Decoupling brings forth arrogance, unification brings forth humility. 🙏

I was wondering what your views would be about ketogenic diet. Taoism and other ancient wisdom traditions all have fasting of the body. Ketogenic diet is a sort of a fast and sets in likewise processes. There are different harvard psychiatrists researching this and others. They are finding some evidence for less anxiety depression and even less schizophrenia. So more wellness, clear mind seems so. I am working toward ketogenic diet myself. Not sure if I will stay on it, or go less far in the end , but I will experiment.

This comment may seem a little out of left field, but I offering it to you because you are open minded. take it or leave. There is a group of people dedicated to relaying the experiences they have had in coming into contact with a being on Earth colloquially known as Sasquatch. On many occasions these being have use telepathy to communicate with humans. One such message passed on to some humans is that we are not humble enough, that to better at being human we all need to find a great deal more humility. That message resonates with the one you quoted from the Avadhuta Gita.

Datta! Is older than the Vedas, he was the first to release the God, maybe 30.000 old or more, he lived in near Siberia, one day he left home as a teen ager and enter the forest alone and traveled through thousand of years, when he reached the maturity the Vedic people were beggining history of the Rig Veda. He was tri murti deva, he mastered all qualities of the God, and the first Saint of history. What a nice passtime 😇🙏

For many enlightened beings, there are often more subtle layers than im just here, the end. There are often still deeper and changing relations with the moment as well as uncovering trauma which can hide within the present calm, isness; for the human aspect, there is a natural story that unfolds with or without effort. My master said it very well imo.. hold all things lightly.. there appear to be no end to the mysteries.. In a nutshell, be present and done yes, but not so done that you cant shake your booty joyfully or whatever at the drop of a coin compared to any playful human on earth.
