Tanya Denise Tucker (born October 10, 1958) is an American country music artist who had her first hit, "Delta Dawn", in 1972 at the age of 13. Over the succeeding decades, Tucker became one of the few child performers to mature into adulthood without losing her audience, and during the course of her career, she notched a streak of top-10 and top-40 hits. She has had several successful albums, several Country Music Association award nominations, and hit songs such as 1973's "What's Your Mama's Name?" and "Blood Red and Goin' Down", 1975's "Lizzie and the Rainman", and 1988's "Strong Enough to Bend".

T. Graham Brown (born October 30, 1954, Arabi, Georgia), born Anthony Graham Brown, is a Grammy nominated American country/soul/gospel singer. Active since 1973, Brown has recorded a total of thirteen studio albums, and has charted more than twenty singles on the Billboard Hot Country Songs charts. Three of these singles - "Hell and High Water" and "Don't Go to Strangers" from 1986, and "Darlene" from 1988 - reached Number One, and eight more reached Top Ten.

Three singles from Tennessee Woman made the Billboard Top Ten Country singles charts: "Walking Shoes" at #3, and "It Won't Be Me" and the duet with T. Graham Brown, "Don't Go Out" both at #6. Rounding out the hits was the #12 "Oh What It Did to Me." The album charted in at #18 in the Country Albums category.

DIdn't realize how "new" this song was when I first heard it on the last country AM powerhouse.......AM hung on longer than I thought......some further research shows I bought the car in Dec '93 and the station changed formats in Feb '94.....so I heard this song once or twice and remembered it
