  He is good. I saw Marty live in Memphis on a show where Merle Haggard followed him. Marty Robbins was Mr. Showman, unlike the Hagg. He had the crow eating out of his hand. I have never in my life seen any better entertainer...of course his singing ability had a lot to do with it.
