It's time to raise the Flagon of hate! - Classic Jason. Not sure I agree with your comments about the 'Two Faced' though, the album is one of Tankard's most varied. And it's great that the Boozecore merchants are still going strong going strong! Here's to the next 40 years! Prost!

Another great video. Great box set just wish they would have added the 2 demo Lps to the box set. Those demos rule had a motorhead, Venom vibe to em.

I actually love the beercan design! My favourite so far. I love Zombie Attack! I've always loved songs about movies. When I was in a band years ago, we did a song about the Wes Craven film Shocker! 😄 Now I come to think of it we also did a song called Alcoholic.

By the way, what a great idea to have those sleeve notes chart the story of the band as you progress through each album. All these rereleases takes me back to when Iron Maiden reissued their singles on 12" gatefold. I only bought a handful of them and I'm sad to say, I no longer have them. What was I thinking?

Great looking box. I bought at the 2017 reissue CDs of all the Noise stuff and I'm tempted by these but I wish they would just say in advance what they are bringing out, that way I could get them but what if I bought all these and they didn't bring out a Celtic Frost box, I'd be all upset lol.I have videos where I flick through old Kerrangs and Metal Hammers from the 80s

The OG pressing of "Zombie Attack" had no innersleeve, right. Tankwart means gas station attendant and on that LP they cover some "Neue Deutsche Welle" songs from the 80s. On the second Tankwart record (not included here) they do German Schlager. I hate THAT period in their career! Short warning: Beware of the "Violent Revolution" box by Kreator! The "Live" LPs just contains the album itself again and on mine a whole piece of vinyl is missing, just broken out....

Hey there Jürgen! Great to hear from you - and thank you for this excellent information. I stupidly thought Tankvart was German for Tankard! 🙄 I had previously heard about this problem with the Kreator set. Sounds terrible! So do we think they've messed up the entire pressing run? 🤔

@@PossessedByMetal666 They DID mess up the entire pressing run, yes. Nuclear Blast will send out the actual Live records when available. God knows when due to the "vinyl" situation at the moment, hahaha.....

I have this, its a nice set - love the colours ( im a colour vinyl addict ) - the actual box art is a bit crap. apart from the cans around the edges its pretty bland, but the contents are great !

I love Tankard. Great video, thanks! Sadly The Tankard might be my least favourite album of theirs ever... but I like it too. Just one question... the interviews on the back of the vinyl sleeves are the same as on the cd reissues from 2017 and 2018 right??? My faves are Chemical and Morning. Love them all though.

Hey there Diego - thanks for the kind words! And yes, the records in this set seem to be literally those same reissues, which apparently explains why they're individually sealed and with hype stickers!

I do not own a vinyl player and I was even thinking about buying the vinyl box out of pure fandom and because of the big book which looks very nice and I don't think is in the cd box, unfortunately... well, anyway, I have the reissues, which are lovely, but they did not reissue the Fat, Ugly & Live cd. so this is the chance to lay may hands on it, and the other live shows as well, even if they are only on dvd... thanks!

Cool box set, but as with you Tankard are not my favourite. I have Chemical Invasion on original Noise LP and I think that will do me fine!
