Maximus is the real hero of this movie, and so hilarious -- his expressions and "acting" deserve an award. I'm not a big fan of Disney movies but this is one of my faves, I used to watch it with my nieces when they were little.

Maximus know from the beginning she was the princess. She looks so much like the Queen and he listens IMMEDIATELY when she talks to him

31:44 This was, in my opinion, the saddest part of the movie. That couple, as powerful as they were, have been clinging to this desperate hope that their daughter is alive for 18 long years.

I watched this MANY times with my son when he was young. The story and songs were great. One of my very favorite Disney movies.

The scene with the king and queen gets me because, they've been doing this for eighteen years with nothing yet

It's actually a German Fairytale Folklore written by the Brothers Grimm. Same thing for Snow White. Both takes place in Deutschland 🇩🇪 Eventually the two of them have a dark story . Not to mention our French Disney movie that set in France 🇫🇷

My favorite Disney animated movie on the first place!🥹😊☀️🥇 The scenes of Rapunzel's real parents, is so sad!🥺 This movie has the best ending ever! When Rapunzel meets her parents.🥺 If you didn't know, I will tell you that this movie has an animated series, which is also very good. I recommend that you watch the series once. And it starts with this mini-movie: Tangled: Before Ever After (This is the sequel of this movie).

Tangled is really good movie. It's the Frozen from the early 2000's for us Milleniums and for Generation Z

100% agreed. i didnt like Frozen at all. im a 42 year old man and im not ashamed to say Tangled is in my top 5 movies. Frozen is for babies imo. Tangled is a masterpiece.

I will argue that this movie is better than Frozen any day.

she physically can leave, but she was fed up for her entire life that is not secure in the outside so she trust mother gothel (like when you're in an abusive relationship, sometimes you can leave but the psysicology abuse won't let you). The Rapunzel's "monologue" is the result of that psysicology abuse, she's doing what she wanted but there's still the voice of mother gothel saying that she's not allowed outside

These reactions are so adorable. I feel like I get more emotional watching movies with you than on my own. Don't stop being you. :)

You should carry on watching "Rapunzel Tangled Adventure". Istead of 3D animation, Disney used traditional brush style animation. Its quite entertaining

I like watching her face when she is first aware of the lanterns, when she holds onto the front prow. Watch very closely to all the dozen or so micro expressions that flash across her face for those few moments. They are so small that it's almost subliminal but adds to the realism. She is even breathing and having her chest rise. “I See the Light” is my favorite song too.
