Mam mne chicken Gril kiya likin wo oper se crispy ni Howa nrm nrm tha ye q
To day i used microwave 1st time.. Maine grill micro combination mood par high rack pe 15 min ke liye set kiya.but start hote hi bich bich me fire ho raha tha chicken pe. Customer service me call Kiya to bola micro mood Diya to rack nahi use Karo isliye fire ho raha hai. But book me vi hai... Aisa kiu ho raha hai? Kaya ye normal hai? Pz help

Micro mode reacts with steel/aluminium objects. it's recommended to use glass material with microwave proof assured..
Oven ke andar steel ka kuch bhi ho to micro use nahi karna hota hai lg instruction ke anusaar

Yes reduce only for 5min
Combi me yadi micro lete hai to metal ka grill use nahee kare. Microwave ke life kam ho jayegi.

microwave is on 160w power which is very low. you can use metal rack on that setting
