Pyaaz - 1 chopped
Gajar - 1 grated
Ginger - 2 inch
Butter - 2 tsp
Namak - 1 tsp
Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Hara Dhania - 2 tbsp
Maida - 2 cup / 250g
Namak - to taste
Water - to make dough
Oil - to fry
For Marinate
Roasted Besan / Sattu - 4 tbsp
Namak - 1 tsp
Chat Masala - 1 tsp
Kasoori Methi - 1 tsp
Black Salt - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Dahi - 4 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
Mustard Oil - 2 1/2 tbsp
Kashmiri Red Chili Powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Pudina Powder - 1/2 tsp
Hara Dhania - 1 tbsp
Red Food Color - optional
Charcoal - 1
Ghee - 1 drop
Water - to adjust marinate
Oil - to cook/baste 2 tsp

A tip if you don't have skewers and you don't wanna pan fry: Use fork and insert momos in it then hold the fork from back with the help of tongs or sandasi then just put it on direct flame hope that helps❤️
