Ingredients:
For Momos:
1 tsp Butter
5-6 chopped Garlic
1 inch chopped Ginger
5-6 chopped Green Chilli
Coriander leaves
chopped Cabbage
chopped Carrot
chopped Capsicum
chopped Onion
1 tsp crushed Black pepper
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves
For Batter/coating:
150gm Flour
Salt
Water
1/2 cup Flour
3-4 tsp Corn flour
1 tsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder
Water
Crush Corn Flakes
Oil for frying
For Chutney:
1 & 1/2 glass Water
15-20 Red Chilli
3 Green chilli
2 Tomato
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp white Vinegar
add chilli's boiled water
1 tsp Oil
6-7 chopped Garlic
1 tsp Soya sauce

Can I use frozen momos. I have a concern that if I coat frozen momos and frying it will result in the inside of the momo will still be cold by the time the crust becomes golden

If you take the momos out of the fridge, leave them at room temperature for an hour and then fry them, then the momos will be hot from inside as well.
