Hey man thanks for the vid! I seen your post on the 17-70 Tamron not being full frame and it led me here. I mostly work in a studio with my 35mm and always wish I had more space to get the subject in shot as the studio is relatively small so been considering a wider angle lens. Just picked up the ev1 this week. Do you think this 28-200 will work well? or I was leaning towards the 17-28 tamron too but told it might lack some versatility. I do want to start expand outside of the studio.. so there is that. any thoughts much appreciated. great vid as other commenter said!

17-70 is apsc crop lens so you have to bear in mind it will only let you take 8 mpx photos. When apsc crop is 1.5 times and zv-e1 with digital active stabilisation in video has 1.3 times crop. This may be ok on some lenses but in case of 17-70 I had to add some extra crop when the camera movements have been more dynamic. The sensor shifts and can go outside of the lens imaging circle. 28-200 is a brilliant all around lens but depending on what you do and what you need there may be something even better out there for you.
