We are now launching stage 3 of Tampah Hills. Stage 3 is larger and higher up in the hills, and the location is tranquil and private.
Stage 3 is close to the parklands, rice fields and sports area. All AA lots and some A lots have sea views, and all lots share the expansive views of the valley facing east. The astonishing sunrises truly are a sight to behold each morning.

What are the safest locations in regards to the natural dangers or catastrophes?
Are there any plans for developing a more urban "town" down by the beach? With bars, clubs, cafés, shops, schools, apartments, offices etc. A social gathering club at the top of the mountain would be dope aswell. Very impressive scandinavian colony!

Can you tell us about health risks in Lombok? I heard there's lots of cases of malaria, dengue, and zika viruses. Mosquitos must be a perpetual problem in tampah hills. Also there's no international standard hospitals in Bali so I'm assuming healthcare is very poor in Lombok as well.. Before you go and make more houses, parks, and amphitheatres, maybe invest in a international standard clinic with foreign doctors.
