Wonderful progress! Are there any news when the beach restaurant will be finished?

How are villas protected from the elements like mountain moving due to the weight of water in the rain season?

This are wonderfully designed buildings being constructed in Tampah Hills. It would be interesting to find out, if solar energy is planned to become a power source for the home owners and which technology would be used. The roof areas are looking large enough to be covered with solar modules and it would also give more self-sufficiency to the community

Really nice design on all houses. I´m also impressed of the built quality, where did they found 1200 skilled workers. Good luck !
