From a Chiefs fan, CJ Stroud is insanely good. I've started watching Texans games when I can catch them, just to watch him play. I'm really happy for Houston. Let's hope the Texans wind up doing better than the Cowboys by the end of this year. I live in an area of Texas infested with Cowboys fans, and I'd love for "the other Texas team" to shut them up for once. Unironically good game by Baker too. It's frustrating that he's only able to have games like this sometimes, because if he could play like this all the time, he'd be more than decent. Wait, actually upon looking at his stats, he's been okay this year. Let's see how the season plays out.

Cj stroud has such amazing throwing mechanics. my god he is fluid and his base is really good. I just love his game so much.

470 yards. 5 touchdowns. 0 interceptions. This kid is special and he has taken the league by storm. Love to see it I believe that if they continue to play hard and the stars somehow align, they're in the hunt for the playoff mix

As a Michigan fan I have to say wow. What stroud is doing this season is beautiful and unbelievable. The Texans have been bad in recent years and he is playing almost perfectly in his rookie season. I honestly didn’t think he’d be the best qb this draft bc he wasn’t amazing at osu despite having arguably a top 5 best receiver classes of all time but he has proven me wrong so far. He is playing intelligently, consistently accurate, and is showing his athletic abilities when he needs to extend a play or run for a first. He is literally Texans deshaun Watson.

Stroud/HOU get back to .500 on the season. I've been impressed from what I've seen from Stroud. Cj stroud and this Texans offense did all of this in the second half with Tampa knowing they couldn’t kick field goals because fairbairn got injured. Just wow… Cj is special.

Baker is doing very good. That play calling is horrendous on the defense especially in the Texans winnijg drive. There are 3 people in zone coverage defending one player but no one making the call to switch to man coverage. They were literally just standing there waiting for him to make the catch and then tackle instead of covering the guy. Fire Todd Bowles or downgrade him back to DC

tOSU and Browns fan here but man, good for the Texans on landing Stroud. That kid is going to be in the same conversations with guys like Mahomes, Allen, Rogers, Jackson, and Burrow as best QB in the league before we know it. As a german I'm not connected so much to teams, so I just want to see good football. Also didn't watch much college football yet, but tried to follow Stroud as he truely impressed me. This combined with a texans team from last year, who played there hearts out to gain that nr2 draft spot instead of nr1 is really impressing me and making texans to one of my favorite team 😂 also they had not so much potential and big stars in their team last year, but the attitude they were showing towards the end of the season was great. I see a bright future with all the browns draft picks, stroud and their mentality.

This game is better than the Eagles v Cowboys. Stroud is the best QB in that draft and if they keep this roster, they'd be a fun team to watch. Just like how Fabio Lawrence and Burrow struggled in their early years and now look at where they are. Congrats to the Texans.

People thought Mayfield would be the liability coming into this year, its now the opposite. This defense is downright abysmal, their secondary has been torn to shreds all year. The playcalling is still way to conservative and though the run game was better today, by no means is this a run dominant 1st 2nd pass-on 3rd down team. Receivers have talent but are still unreliable and can be streaky. Oline gives up so much pressure, their just lucky Mayfield is low-key houdini in the pocket. Like in this game, outside of Winfield on a couple plays, Vita Vea, and the FF by David, I can't really say anything good about anyone other than Mayfield.

Yeah, when this many guys are playing below their career level (for vets) or potential (for rookies), it's usually coaching. Bowles coaching like it's 1986.

I kept saying as an Ohio state fan, CJ Stroud is THAT GUY. He CAN scramble and he is one of the most accurate passers out there, and is sooooo clutch in the moments with all the pressure! I’m so happy for Stroud and wish him well on the Texans! Browns got fleeced at this point, even if Watson does well.

First time watching a game, or even extended highlights of this CJ guy, and wow he’s got a quick release! 😳 Very fast arm speed, his from “getting set” to “ball in receivers hands” time is super quick.

This was a game of the season what a great game

The Texans have been making me so proud, love this team, we been needing the change around 🔥

Bro, Carlton Davis gave up 380yrds and 4TD......bro was literally the entire reason the Texans won. Outside throwing to his coverage (or lack there off) Stroud wasn't doing much

As a Buckeye fan I’m so glad that CJ is lighting the league on fire. I tried to tell people he was the best QB of the draft and they thought I was being a homer. 470 yards, five touchdowns, ZERO interceptions and now owns the NFL Rookie record for passing yards in a game. #GoBucks

For this Texas Longhorns & Houston Texans fan, the look of dejection on Baker Mayfield's face was priceless.

The amount of ads required to get through these highlights is egregious

I can see very few of you actually watched these highlights because they literally skipped the entire end

Man, with them having a 10 point deficit going into the half and losing their kicker midway through the game, the Texans absolutely earned this win. Both teams played great, but man. CJ Stroud absolutely is The Guy for the Texans, and they have a good future ahead of them. If they can get the running game going more, they will be serious competition for the Jags and might be able to take the division from them if they aren't careful.

Seems good decision to change from Watson to CJ.

If CJ has any type of conscience, he must know Texans won, not because they were good enough, but none of the Bucs' defense knows how to tackle despite the fact that Baker Mayfield did everything he could as a veteran QB in this game.

Im from Texas but my team is Tampa. Good game on both ends 💪
