Gotta respect Baker's effort! He's not being protected by the greatest O-line either so given his circumstances, he does quite well. It would be nice to see more games like this out of Baker. Continue to put some mustard on that ball and let these receivers do their thang! Spreading the ball around more is certainly having it's advantages. I'm an Evans fantasy holder so I don't love it for fantasy but it seems to be the best thing for the team and that's what counts!

Happy for Baker and it really seems like the Tampa offense is getting some rhythm going. Super excited that they finally decided to start throwing the ball to Chris Godwin, too. He’s almost been forgotten the last six or so games. The defense was definitely in a bend-don’t-break mode, but they really have to stop giving up those big plays. That’s exactly what got them the loss at Houston earlier on.

I totally agree. Godwin’s phenomenal and the reason he’s taken so much time on IR has been because he’s so fearless and willing to put himself on the line to make the big play.

Detroit has nothing to worry about. The division was always theirs. This was known at the end of last season when they came into Lamblow field and punched Karen Rodgers in the face.

Baker was borderline perfect in the 2nd half

You’re close, but the stat was 0-6 since 1997 up until 2002. And they snapped it by beating the bears in Chicago a month prior to that eagles game 15-0 somewhere in the 30 degree range

West coast and southern teams always beat Green Bay at home. SF, Atlanta etc etc. There's no advantage for GB at Lambeau or snow/cold. GB always chokes

My Bucs are good enough. Took some adjusting to a new offense and adjustments to the starting line up, but we're getting there.

Baker Mayfield was playing with injuries and incompetent coaches in Cleveland. Now he has a decent coach (not great) and no injuries and he is putting together a solid season!

After Baker called him out for skipping a team meeting to coddle Myles one on one, it was the beginning of the end of his time here. AB didn't draft him so he wasn't his guy. Joe Barry going for the revolutionary defense of "leave wide receivers open and see if we can tackle them once they've built up a head of speed". Unless Baker got sacked or was under extreme pressure, it was far too easy to get completions. 22-28 while throwing for 380 yards is demonstrative of that.

Division title will most likely come down to the Saints and Bucs matchup in Tampa in two weeks.

Godwin has made some big catches this year, especially on 3rd down, so even though his numbers are down it doesn't tell the whole story. He's a pro. Rachaad White has really come on strong as well, and Canales has learned how to use the short passing game more to get him some space so he can use his elusiveness, instead of running him up the middle every running play. Offense is gelling, and Canales is getting smarter.

I never doubted that Baker was a very good QB, I just don't understand where all of the anger & hatred towards him came from when he was with Cleveland! Football is a "team" sport, not an individual sport, so if people are going to be upset about a player, it's not always fair to blame just the QB. He can throw the 🏈, but he isn't running the route or catching it, nor is he the entire offensive line trying to prevent sacks and such! That said, now that he is in Tampa, whenever the Bucs play Green Bay, Minnesota, Dallas, Indianapolis or Pittsburgh, I hope they always win! I can't explain it, but those are just a few teams that I don't really care for! But I have always liked Tampa Bay ever since they came into the NFL back in 1976, along with the Seattle Seahawks, who in the beginning was an AFC West team. But in Tampa Bay, Doug Williams was one of the QB's for awhile, wearing the old Orange and White uniforms. It's always nice to see Green Bay on the losing end for a change.

Baker was only supposed to win 3 games this year per the "experts". He is doing well, makes some dumb mistakes here and there but he has been good.

Never forget that Baker Mayfield was a stud in 2020. Bucs need to resign Evans, continue to rebuild the line, and draft a replacement for Devin White.
