This is a new BR kit running the stock tamiya mod 6 gears 70S/17p. The speed run one was my tt02B for off road and my Srx was for the street.

LOL i have so many gears it's hard to keep track what is in what car. 48p and mod 6 look so close. @@AdventureTimeRC

Thank you ! i enjoyed this one and it's so smooth running around.

I race tt02 in rally races with a 17.5. Is plenty fast enough for the small track we use. I'd recommend you get ball raced steering for your BR. Also try to run damping grease in the front or switch to oil diff with thick oil for high grip surfaces.

Thank you! I will try all of this after the first stock run. I will set the FDR as close as I can to my B6.3 and go from there.

Hopefully not much longer. I just compared the gearing to my B6.3. I think I can get the same FDR with a few changes

Thanks! i am setting the FDR to match my B6.3 and i will see how it compares on the track.

I just gave up on my tt02b. wouldnt stop snapping shock towers. the CF towers you find are too thin, the aluminum ones bend too easy, the spur gear is chewed up too easily, the outdrives wear out too fast...i wanted to love it, but I was replacing too much between runs on the track 😕

Did you have the TT02B or The TT02BR? I have both and are different in many ways.

Tamiya's gearing is always on the conservative side. We need to see it (her ?) rip the tarmac (and the track) 😂 😁

I was comparing the gearing to my Team Associated B6.3. I need to get some new gears for this to compete with my B6.3

Hi Joe, that's a snazzy looking buggy, runs pretty good and like you said its very quiet. 18mph isn't a bad start, what gearing are you thinking about?

I am going to get as close as i can to my B6.3 Final drive ratio. When i get home later i can tell you the gears.

Almost done with mine. Needs tires still.

Lol I do love me some 3S. Lol but this one is getting set up for carpet track racing. But my tt02b plasma edge is getting a boost. Hmmm maybe 4s
