I did not know the body was painted when I got mine, I brought a can of silver as well. Star Wars is a bit of fun, you know I will love it as I make fun themed bodies. The Torque Tuned motor better over my stock one.

I am not a skilled painter. LOL most of my Rc are single color paint. But what i do take my time with is setting up the race cars. Have scales for weight balance, motor dyno and so on @@BasBoyRC

The Death star doesn't stand a hope in hell if you and Craig combine forces! 😂 Glad to see that master yoda has taught you some disciplinery driving skills, you can't go all 'sand master' with this one..... Nice one Joe.... Just remember, most all brushed motors are not designed to be ran on 12 plus volts (3S), that's how/why they burn out... RC RS-540 TORQUE-TUNED MOTOR ★Get started with tuning by fitting this Type 540 motor! ★It will provide excellent acceleration and speed, and can be used on models from on-road to off, even on big tire vehicles! ★Input voltage: 6.6-7.2V ★Torque at recommended load: 16,000rpm (7.2V) ★Maximum torque: 30mN ★Current consumption at recommended load: 10A (7.2V).. You will be safe running it on 2S... If speed is what you want in your kits, go brushless. On 2S, a Castle Creations 4600kv will spin @ 37k RPM (4600 x 8.0) and even faster on 3S (keep in mind, some brushless motors can't use 3S also).

I like to push the limits of my rc cars. I have speed run cars running front 2s up to 8s the sometimes it works out sometimes it is a funny fail.
