This was great! The grasshopper lived up to its name , sounded like the rear tires were only on the ground about 1/3 of the time lol!

with good pin spikes front+rear the Hornet can do pretty good, slotted+sprung rear motor pod hangers only real difference to a Hopper (and 380 vs 540 motor)

Hi Brent, it was great fun to see these 2 classic Tamiyas battling it out! I think I pretty much called it, the Scorcher was far more consistent on those lap times! Great stuff, my friend! 😁👌👍

Read the Title... THOUGHT YOU WERE KIDDING!! 😳😜😂 The Grasshopper may be a Legit Icon, but might be the worst handling Buggy in History!!! But you DID give her some SPEED!! A straight, Asphalt run would be interesting! The Scorcher surprised me! You're right, locked Diff was made for Sand (I WANT ONE for a Desert Runner!). But the old Bug did quite well, and looked POISED doing it!

Lol yeah Carmine the hopper does handle like it's having a seizure lol but in a drag i think I gps top end at 28mph it flips so many times at that speed lol
