I had a Re Rough Rider new condition and sold to a local collector. Nice but I could bring myself to run it.
making vintage (re-release) Tamiya's modern day fast is an exercise in patience.

Congrats again on the subs. Lovely SS. Great deal too. I have an OG Super Champ chassis that I’ve modded to take an SS body. I’ve put off painting that body for years. I was given a box or parts by a mate in 87-ish. It was parts for the SS and a Kyosho Assault. The Assault is now an electric Frankenstein Scorpion. I can say unfortunately that getting all the bits together for both cars was substantially more that 100gbp.

I love anything RC VW related. So I have a question for you Carisma RC makes a good looking Brushless RTR that looks awesome & is pretty fast from what I’ve seen. Question is why don’t we see anything on it or anything Carisma for that much. Here in the states I see no love for Carisma. I did view some old videos on on the Carisma Bug but nothing even close to recent. I’m thinking I may get one. But at this point I can’t even get the new Toyota Tacoma Crawler except directly from them & shipping will not be kind!
Conflicted whether to like the video for how awesome that Sand Scorcher buy is, or how much envy it conveys... 🤔😬
