You know, when I first started watching this video and you pulled out that beetle body, I was thinking to myself; “if I had that I would definitely make it a Herbie replica!” Low and behold you are doing exactly that! Surprise my friend yes indeed it is herbie that I am doing and wanted to do it for a long time but I still watched the movies and after that I decided to do it and glad a lot of people like it would see how you can do it 👍and here I am with it, the sequel is coming next week my friend 👊and I'll put this comment at the top of the comments 😉✌️

Great video, Xavier! Wow, that's a lot of effort to cut out the body. Good that you sanded the edges of the body, looks like we have the same files! And I am so pleased you got the Herbie stickers, it's gonna look amazing! All the best, my friend! :O)

Hi Xavier, the VW Beetle is looking really good, and the ‘Herbie’ is going to look really cool, after all, it’s Herbie! 😊😉. Please May I ask, what airbrush system did you use? I like the colour, white, but that creamy white, rather than a brilliant white. I’ve got a MFX-01 Beetle rally to build too, so looking forward to seeing how your Herbie turns out. what airbrush system i used, its one i got but long time ago, it's one with a bottle attached to the gun from below, and mixed two colors for this color to have and is on water base, no smells no mist really great for spraying indoors yes I wanted to do herbie,,, because I used to watch it on TV top movies, I'm very happy with my work, do you sometimes have that too. that you are sometimes amazed by your work that you have done,, I think you will like it. thank you for de nice comment my friend I appreciate your nice support🤝👊👍🖖

@@RCVHX22 Hi Xavier, yes, sometimes I do too, look back at the RC’s that I build and think…..I did that! I always try to put 100% effort into all my RC’s. It’s like the Blitzer Beetle, I was determined to have a black sunroof and the rest of the car in red. When I glued in the sunroof, the Tamiya cement ran out over the red roof, causing it to blister! I was fuming! So off came the sunroof, out came the wet & dry and it was sanded back and re sprayed, it had to be perfect! I’m looking forward to seeing a miniature Herbie, 😊 I love the original ‘The Love Bug’ 1968 film by Disney, it’s still the absolute all time classic. Excellent choice. So disappointing on the stickers. Hope the drop in sales was worth it.

Yes I was disappointed with the stickers but after a while it was not that bad, probably that I am used to that they are already pre-cut but before, thank you for your comment and for watching and your support my friend r the rest was a lot of fun to do
