As a native Tamil, I must say this is the first time I have seen someone nail the recipe for arachuvitta sambar. I made it and it was unbelievably awesome. I am still in shock because I have never had any success with other recipes all these years, but I least expected to discover that elusive recipe in this channel. It’s incredibly impressive that you could do so without being from Tamil Nadu. Thank you so much for these recipes. I hope you keep posting more southern recipes because I now completely trust your recipes. I also had a great success with sabudhana kheer, snake gourd kootu etc.
