Please bring more such vlogs on flats in Bangalore and the amenities and good points in the location. considering seriously a move to Bangalore from US. we have a plot in N. Bangalore- Sahakara Nagar. Like the area very much for the proximity to Airport and debating whether to build on that plot / buy a flat to avoid property maintenance at head aches, Please bring more of these type of vlogs. Thank you for the excellent content with details.

Excellent Vlog. we are considering moving from Us to Bangalore. Couple of comments / questions. Great interior arrangements with selection of colors and tones unlike many older themes using gaudy colors. Much deserved complements to the owners for their taste and direction. Is the owner an interior designer? I would buy this flat in a heartbeat if available for sale. let me know. Now for the questions: 1. I heard mention about HSR layout. Is that true? What is the name of the complex. Are they still building new phases in the complex and their going rate. Any issues with water availability? 2. What are the external amenities outside the complex as far as daily shopping needs like groceries, produce, and other things like proximity to good hospital food / restaurants options medium and upscale etc. Perhaps a tour of the external amenities will be good for some one planning to consider this area. That video could be a Part 2 of this one. 3. If any of the current oe=wners can add info to the questions above will be greatly helpful and pleas the "PROS, and CONS. 4. How do i find if flats for resale are available in this complex. Many endless questions but for now these are the main ones.... Once again thanks for the great video bringing out the work of talented people and showcasing them to the public as to what is available out there.

Hi guys, This is my personal opinion pls don't get offended. Kindly don't opt for this style of interior. Look at the amount of glossy and shiny stuff used in this house. It might look nice to the eyes but it would be a pain to maintain. A house should feel cozy and comfortable but this style of interior makes it look a bit artificial. Opt for things that is practical and easy to maintain rather than visually appealing stuffs. The fabric dinning chairs might look good but we have to be extremely careful while using which rules out the comfort of a home. A good quality wooden chairs would have been the better choice. Mirrors on wall is a big red flag guys because as time goes to walls might start picking up moisture and that moisture would scrap the mercury from the mirrors backside and the mirrors will start to look bad. This is very common in high rise buildings that too in a climate like Bangalore this could happen easy. Yes mirrors do help in making the room look bigger. You can use a stand alone mirror or ask the interior designer to not place the mirror in direct contact with walls. There are a lot of good ideas to gather from this home tour but I found few things were not right and have mentioned it. So I hope this might be helpful to someone.

Thanks for your opinion & advice 😊 Rightly said that glass never be glued directly on the wall, here it is glued on 19mm plywood,We have taken care of minute things at out most possible, it's been 16 months staying in this home as of now no issues. Thanks!!
