Buying or building a house is the beautiful experience a couple can have. Each and every penny counts and each and every corner of the house is ours. Me and my husband had to cut down so any things that o be able to save and achieve our dream house. Even if it’s 1 room also you feel proud about it. But financially we need to go through so many things and money vanishes just like that. Still it’s always a wise decision to have a house of our own. Great going Diya so happy for you. Yayyy congratulations Diya!!! I always loved your floorplan, so well planned and no wasted passage space! Diya please consider 1 change alignment in your master bedroom! Please have the bed on the opposite side so it offers privacy and the bed is not right in front when you walk in. That will also make your space look huge than having a road block I.e. the bed the minute you enter. You can plan an entire wardrobe wall to ceiling where the bed currently is. It will offer you lot of storage and you could also accomodate your workspace on it! Hope you got what I'm trying to say 😀 So excited for you Diya!!! 👍👍👍

Congratulations on a new buying. Frankly speaking I got tears in my eyes when u said savings now helps achieve better tomorrow. (That’s so true) since I have also not been a saving person but for some reason I’ve made up my mind of spending money wisely & save little for the future though my husband have this habit of savings & spending only if necessary but as it says together we can do more and I thought of doing it for our little 2 years daughter & her future life. Fortunately we already have our own property & everything else yet savings now will definitely give us a better & worry free tomorrow.🙏🏻

Same advice I gave above. Look for a house which had no pillars in middle of the house. No cammod should fall in south west and north east. Kitchen granite black is not favourable in most of the zones except west. It makes problems in cash flow for thr family.

I always like to watch your video...my favourite chanel is this..please put atleast one video in every week..

All the best. Just see to it the apt toilets are not falling in North east and south west. Rest all a vastu person can help you out . Keep middle of the house empty. Its called Brahmastan.

Hi diya..just a suggestion the fish tank for the fishes are too small they couldn't even swim freely in it so please change it to a bigger one.. It feels bad to see those group of big fishes in one tiny tank.. Even they deserve a proper place to live right..
