Brunno Vedana it's the guitar. If you were familiar with Sabbath enough you'd notice. It's not exactly the same, but there's no doubt a slight sabbathy vibe in the guitar. The guitar is heavy in a similar style to black sabbath's.

That Hohner bass and the Rickenbacker...I'm hearing 60s vibes for sure... can hear the "Revolution" single in that fuzzed out guitar... love it!
I like how the drummer got a chance to flex at the end since the song has a pretty simple beat all throughout it.

Kevin Parker is retro and fresh at the same time. I swear he's channeling Syd Barrett here. Honestly, if Syd had kept his shit together in an alternate universe, this would be exactly the kind of thing I'd expect to hear on a solo album from him.

wtf you talking about, all the composition in every instrument is very good like the bass in particular.
When I tried out my Rickenbacker 330 on the day I bought it, I decided to forgo plugging it into a Vox AC-30 and instead plugged it into a Boss Katana 100 and decided to give the acid test of putting it through sounds people don't associate with a Rickenbacker. And much like this guy I discovered that a Rickie LOVES fuzz and that it can do some gnarly stoner rock tunes. People think of Rickies as being these twanging sixties retro machines but they can do so much more.

A rickis one of the most tonally versatile guitars you can buy. The problem is people don't have 1500 to 5000 to buy one... So they've largely become a pop symbol only rich hipster douchebags can buy. Same happened to the les paul... Doesn't take away from how good the instrument is though

I can't stop hear this song... Very Psychedelic... Remember me the 70's
This song has the most compression I've ever heard. Awesome
Tame Impala is a lovechild of Cream, The Beatles, Iron Butterfly, early Pink Floyd, and The Beach Boys into one.
