An increasing number of Koi hobbyists are taking up the challenge of purchasing tosai (one year old Koi) and growing them into jumbo Koi, and moreso jumbo Koi that are capable of winning major prizes at Koi shows.

    I think that it the best way start from a very young koi it's nice to buy big koi but I prefer starting from a small size ....... making my imagination run wild trying to guess what patterns are going to come out this is only my opinion thank you for the upload

    ex you're buying jumbo koi. does it have a possibility to become a Grand Champion in the future or does it need to a mud pond to grow as large?
