Legend says the man singing talking to the moon is still trying to say moon without being interuppted by Arcade.

From the beginning. Talking to the moon is like talking to a toxic loved one while you're wearing rose lenses. Then arcade hits and then you realize what their doing, it's like a climbing climax. You finally realize that they're doing you wrong. Finally after all that time of being hurt and used, you realize, through the softer part you have to process and start picking up on the smaller things they do. When it gets loud again, You find a way to leave the situation somehow after getting into an argument. Talking to the moon is back, time passed. The second time is about confidence, like you know you're over them. You feel confident that you don't love them anymore, nor think about them. But then arcade is back the moment you see them with someone else. Then you realize, it was all just a game to them. The pain comes back and you endure everything that happened whenever you first left. Talking to the moon comes back and you know and understand that this experience made you stronger as a person. I'M SORRY THIS IS THE FIRST THING THAT CAME TO MIND WHEN I HEARD THIS ON REPEAT
