what about someone who really needs memory tips, like a med student who's also a youtuber struggling with studies and stress?

Lynne Kelly, Daniel Willingham, Darren Michalczuk, the 2 authors of "Mnemonology: Mnemonics for the 21st Century", Henry L. Roediger III and the 2 co-authors of "Make It Stick", Daniel Kilov, Robert Pool, Doug Lemov, John Hattie, Gregory Yates, "Mayarra" from the art of memory forum, David Epstein, Derren Brown. Please make all of those interviews happen within the next week or two. Thanks!
Great talk, Nelson. I never really saw the point in exercise, aka moving without actually doing anything useful. Which is kind of a lame excuse, I know. Well, turns out, it is useful for heart and brain. I think I'll start to go running again. Maybe even with a backback. 🙂
I'm going to check out the documentary and dig up your book (Remember it). I abused my body all through high school and my early twenties (addictions, sleep, deprivation, bad diet and bad habits). It is a wonder that I am still functioning. Maybe it was my love of running that helped me not lose myself in that deplorable state. Need more content like this to help others rise.
Wonderful, Nelson.

@@NelsonDellis Of course man. Keep it up!
More please. Loved this interview.
So informative and organic. The chemistry between you too is awesome 🙌
Such a relaxing video
👏 Awesome , thank you.
What an amazing interview! Thanks a lot :)
Nelson, how would you go about recalling a lengthy string of digits in numerical order, e.g. 132 > 123 (only with many digits).
Thank you - I really love this. I'd be interested in seeing more about child brain health, what can help them get interested in learning and remembering. Also, senior brain health. You also use nutrients, right? What do you use and can you interview a scientist/professional on the subject?
21:45 - do I have any new text messages?
Gupta is as credible as Bernie Madoff!
