About Married with Children:
The less-than-lovable Bundys are a radical departure from the saccharine-sweet TV families popular since the days of Father Knows Best. With offbeat humor and unflinching honesty, Married... paints a more realistic picture of middle-class existence, warts and all. Al Bundy (Ed O'Neill) is a shoe salesman who is fond of frequently reliving his doubtful 15 seconds of fame on the football field. Al is terrified of the all-too-frequent amorous advances of his ditsy wife Peggy (Katey Sagal), who spends most of Al's wages at the salon and the mall. They have two teenage kids: stunning but superficial party animal Kelly (Christina Applegate) and egocentric Bud (David Faustino). Married for 16 semi-blissful years, Peggy and Al have found that the secret to a happy marriage is to accept one another's idiosyncrasies.

This comment reminds me of when the Bundys, and the D'arcys, decided to team up, and go to Lower Unction, while knowing that an Ancestor of Al's, a certain Sheamus McBundy, had insulted a Witch, mercilessly, Hundreds of years before Al Bundy and his Brood were even thought of! The Bundys stayed in a Castle, and spent money like it was going out of style, while the D'arcys wandered into a very naughty club, where a Mistress got the two to accompany her to a secret place...and then, they proceeded to play a cute little game called "Bad Americans"! Needless to say...even when they started to leave, that same Mistress wanted to play some more of that game with them...and Marcy and Jefferson gladly complied! Oops! Anyways: This series gave me a lot of laughs, I'll give it that, whether it was Al complaining about work (In one way, or another), Peg the seemingly eternal Couch Potato, that couldn't get, and hold down, a job, to save her life, Bud, who seemed at times, to be the most luckless Man, when it came to Women, and let's not forget Kelly, who managed to "Play Dumb", when she needed to...and yet had so many boyfriends, that it wasn't to be believed! Welp, folks-There it all is, in a nutshell. The Bundys-America's most dysfunctional batch of people you'd ever want to meet...and yet, they managed to come out on top of things, time after time!

She turned into a Weaselly, no-good busy-body, that was absolutely SET on making Al's life miserable at every turn! She was basically very scornful and hateful to Al, by the end of Married...With Children.

I miss the show. But, bad idea. If they did a part 2. I'm pretty confident you would not enjoy it. Kinda like ' after mash.' Or many others. That said, same writers. Fresh actors, might have a shot. At a new program that represents the demographic of al bundy. The talent, lines, delivery, and relatability is what made this show. I wouldn't call them dysfunctional. Al never cheated on peg. They stayed married. Both kids graduated high school, no teen moms, drug addicts or real gang bangers, and in the worst of times they would all back each other up. Whoa Bundy. That's not disfunction. That's family. I miss it too.
