I've seen better... this is at best ok... or so so skills. I think he needs school, maybe 4 years university for liberal arts or women's studies to be useful and better at home renovation.

I am astonished by all the precision cuts you made! At the same time that you were planning for use and livability, you never put aside your vision and patient care for decorative value. There was no part of the construction process that you couldn't do. The strip lighting on the ceiling was a marvelous touch. You are simply amazing.

An amazingly talented, resourceful and focused young man. There's a lot he can teach everyone... especially young people... about perseverance, ingenuity, efficiency and utility.

Very methodical and meticulous from the start to finish. All from the narrow side garden to the artistic stairs and the attic bedroom are excellently completed. This vlog is very enjoyable to watch. I like to see the completion of the rest of the house if available.

Under roof, it is good place to do storage: toys, books, suitcases etc. Never lose places for storages….

First thing to do is to make roof completely air tight as possible!!!!

Difficult to see in some places as video is very dark due to poor lighting.

Идея хорошая, но.....На чердаке под крышей оставили огромные щели. Птицы и голуби будут там жить и гнезда вить вместе с осами . Чрез окно в крыше будет течь дождь....(((( В общем хорошо поработали, мне понравилось.

I was all cheered up until the styrofoam under tiles . It s a massive fire hazard on its way and it s a mess when fixing a leak on the roof . Dry wool would have been a better option in my opinion . Good work then and bravo

Useless waste of pure foam on roof tile. Otherwise, lots of work well done. I would also like to see fogged glass wall on the walls near stairs instead of windows. Also, you never showed in the video the waterfall you made on the roof

This was a half of a video !

My biggest concern is ALWAYS THE OPENINGS BETWEEN ROOF AND CEILING🤯❗️Critters, dirt, rain.... It all gets in...

@@vilmat.gonzalez2759 Screens are awesome, yet it doesn't work between the roof and ceiling... Neither does it work to keep water out. It's an insulation cover between roof tiles/tin sheets wooden slabs, and the inner ceiling of the house.

building with 1x2, luan 3/16 (ply) the lack of precision spraying on (way too fast) the insulation, not waterproofing the skylight, it's just so gerry rigged, every bit of it. sub standard building technique.
