Today, we bring you another special number by talented Filipino artists in Xiamen during the concert “Melody” in Jimei. They performed iconic Filipino songs starting off with "Anak" by Freddie Aguilar, a staple not only in the Philippines but also around the world since the '70s. This is followed by a medley of popular dance tunes - “Manila”, "Awitin Mo at Isasayaw Ko" and "Sumayaw Sumunod." The performance by our very own Ian Mamangun on lead vocals and drums, Aila Bayanin on vocals, Jim Bayanin on vocals and piano, DJ Rhyme on turntables, Ron Calingasan on vocals and bass, Kristine Caneda on vocals, Lister Maraon on vocals and Alvin Miranda on vocals and guitar brought Pinas to Xiamen and kept the audience alive and swaying and singing along.
