Those strips at 8:52 are for the wires on the left and the right of the handle bars. The blocks are for the battery including the wedge.

Use the blue tie down straps to hold battery in place more securely - if those foam wedges don’t do the job.

Idk wtf those are for either bro. I believe they’re bumper pads for the battery if you experience rattling. That’s the best guess I’ve got🤷🏽♂️ no rattling yet so I just packed them in the tool box ✌🏾 ride safe
