ഷാൻ താങ്കൾ എനിക്കൊരു ഭാഗ്യനക്ഷത്രമാണ്, കാരണം ഞാനും രണ്ടുമക്കളുമാണ് ഞങ്ങളുടെ കുടുംബം.ഭാര്യ 4വർഷങ്ങൾക്കുമുൻപ് കാൻസർ ബാധിതയായി മരണപ്പെട്ടു.ഭക്ഷണം കഴിക്കാൻ മാത്രംഅറിയാവായിരുന്ന ഞാൻ ശരിക്കും പെട്ടുപോയി. പിന്നീട് യു ട്യൂബ് ആയിരിന്നു ശരണം. സ്ത്രീകളുടെ പാചകവിധി അവാർഡ് പടംപോലെ നീണ്ടുപോകും. എന്നാലും കാണാതെ പറ്റില്ലല്ലോ. അപ്പോഴാണ് ഷാനിന്റെ റെസിപി കാണാൻ ഇടയായത്. കാര്യങ്ങൾ ഭംഗിയായി പെട്ടന്ന് മനസ്സിലാക്കിത്തരുന്നു എന്നുള്ളതാണ് ഏറ്റവും ഭംഗി. നല്ല റെസിപി, നല്ലതുപോലെ, ഏറ്റവും എളുപ്പത്തിൽ അതാണ് ഷാൻ. ദൈവം രക്ഷിക്കട്ടെ.
