Hi Paddy, once completed your tour of Thailand please please write a book about all the areas you pinpoint with photos etc. As I believe it would be the definitive tour guide for anyone visiting Thailand and I would definitely buy it.

I prefer the forward view on the bike mount - but think the 'back-towards-you' view could also be used sparingly. It's another angle that adds to the whole experience. Sing anytime you like - I can always fast forward - only joking! You don't do it too often which is probably about the right mix. LOL! Good job on the 'Chicken' island clean-up years ago! I think that the inclusion of the behind the scenes stuff is good - it makes the journey more real for the viewer. The journey is not only the scenery, the people, the food, the accom, the sunsets, etc - but in my opinion it should also cover your personal experience as the traveler - which is what you do! I would dearly love to travel again - and although I'm a fair bit older than you - I reckon I've still got a similar journey (or two) in me. Thanks for the continuing inspiration!

I have great memories of this area.....5 years ago I took my Brompton from the UK around SE Asia for 8 months..... One of my favourite rides was cycling from Petchiburi all the way down to Chumphon.......Great times, I loved Pratchup Kiri Khan, Bang Saphan, Sam Roi Yot National Park.......it was really tough on my little brompton in 34c heat with 20kg of kit and chased by dogs everyday. ......but it was worth it.....

i love the 7 11 parts of the video, its so Thailand and so real. that is my favorite part m8 lol love it.

It's no longer just any old youtuber video, you are a documentaries vlogger now. & franky, I think it's what you should do professionally in your next career chapter. The last couple of videos were wonderful, and the way you use music & drone footage as well as old footage from your life (the best part for me I admit) is incredible and most enjoyable. We know how taxing it will be to drive that 200+ kms of road from Chumpon to HuaHin but you never fail us to give the scenic beach-side view and the places of interest. Driving in Thailand is simply hypnotic. I have always enjoyed riding a motorcycle on those wonderful roads and feel free and happy always.

Some stunning beaches on that coastline and relatively tourist free...one of the reasons I enjoyed visiting Baan Krood, Prachuap and even Hua Hin...despite it being a city it's got a relaxed feel about it and it has the prettiest railway station in the world. Enjoy 👍

Hua Hin.. Always has and always will be my happy place.. Been going there for over 20 years. Had many family holidays there when my kids were little... Fingers crossed we will retire there by October... Looking forward to more videos.. Thanks Paddy !!!

I hitchhiked more or less your route in reverse back in 2016, from Bangkok, north a bit then straight south all the way to Singapore! Couchsurfed with some lovely people in Phetchaburi, Chumphon, Phang Nga and Kraburi..(I think) but my favourite spot was Ko Chang in Ranong province. The large amount of pick up trucks in Thailand actually made hitchhiking surprisingly easy and like you said, the people are friggin wonderful.

Road trip!! I would not be able to drive without stopping with all of those beautiful views. A couple of weekends ago I was in Seattle and Washington state and nearly every time I saw a tall, rocky mountain with snow on top I had to stop and take a picture. And I was constantly saying "Whoa" and "You've got to be kidding me!" LOL. I think the GoPro facing you is great and all (the sky was so blue!) but views, man, we need to see the views.... Haha. 😆😊
