    How is squatting in XS?? I bought and medium pair and i can’t squat down at all they pinch the back of my knee and completely restrict me from going to parallel i think i need to size up

    They bunch up a little bit behind my knees, but they don't pinch and restrict me. So, I can't help you there!

    You think you get more poundage from the ergo pro sleeve, or more from knee wraps?

    Knee wraps give you more.

    @@roblane-50yearoldpowerlift18 I see you got a lot of experience under your belt with powerlifting. Would you advise switching to knee wraps at the meet if most of training has been done in ergo pro sleeves? Never used wraps like that, but want to try and break a NH state total RPS meet, so trying for maximum poundage… Keep killing it man!

    @BradleyMulverhill you need to train in wraps for a while if you're going to compete in them. Wraps mask some weaknesses but then they highlight other weaknesses that you have to build up a bit.

    hey im scaring to be gangrene because of the M size. i m not heawy weigt guy i am 93. It is verry irritating to me during the setbreaks. What should i do what mindset that i need to have for this issue

    It's a legit concern. They may be too tight and you may have to size up. Two suggestions. First, don't put on sleaves until your working sets or your last warm up. Second, you can fold the top half down between sets and that will help a little. But if you're still worried after trying that then there may be no other option than to size up.
